Operational‌ ‌Responsibility‌ ‌

Answer calls in accordance to SLA
Attend to Omni-channel inquiries in accordance to SLA
Must be able to handle a high volume of calls, email, and chat
Must be able to engage in active listening and ensure callers feel supported and valued
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Log tickets for customer queries
Update and load customer notes on interactions
Provide customers with service information
Route and resolve inquiries as per resolution procedures
Verify and update customer information for record purposes
Follow up on customer enquiries to ensure resolution within required SLA
Contact customers as per requirements
Manage work allocation – Time Management
Ensure first call resolution queries are dealt with appropriately
Must be able to diffuse angry clients
Ability to ask difficult questions to understand and/or diffuse tense situations
Meet the quality assurance standards and criteria
Must be able to work under pressure
