Receptionist/Admin Clerk needed urgently: APPLY HERE
Company based in Linbro Park requires a receptionist/admin clerk to provide a front desk and reception support to the company. A position is a fixed-term contract with a view of a permanent position.
You will be required to fulfill all responsibilities related to the reception area and the operation of the switchboard and its related functions, manage courier bookings and deliveries and manage office administrative requirements including stationery and other adhoc administrative duties.
This role is well-suited to an individual who is friendly with a professional disposition and is well-groomed and presentable in appearance and attire at all times. Our reception area is set apart from the rest of the office which requires an individual who can work independently and actively manage the reception area. Our core business hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm daily and our receptionist is required to be punctual and disciplined in attendance. We are unable to accommodate flexible working hours for this role. Male candidates will also be considered for the position.
Grade 12 with at least 3 years of reception experience.
The candidate must have excellent English language skills (speak, read, and write).
General administration experience.
Excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task.
Outlook is essential. The candidate must be able to manage their email well and have a good grasp of email etiquette.
Basic word, Excel, PowerPoint is necessary.
Able to engage with individuals at all levels within an organization (internal and external)
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Salary: R6,500.00 to R7,500.00 /month
