Job Purpose:
The Business Partner Consultant is responsible for the development and maintenance of new and existing PaySpace strategic Business Partners network leading to income generation and increased market share.
Duties and Responsibilities
New Business Partner relationship development
Maintain and evolve existing partnerships and network inside and outside the organisation to develop future opportunities and partnerships.
Regularly attend and participate in Business Partner meetings to deepen relationships as a trusted and valued partner.
Identify, establish, and grow strategic Business partnerships with select partners.
Training evaluating the knowledge of sales teams at Business Partners.
Assist partners with strategic planning, product knowledge transfer, and delivering PaySpace Partner objectives.
Manage Business Partner program to determine of status levels of Business Partners.
Support internal PaySpace sales consultants to manage and fully deliver all deals of Business Partners.
Formulate scalable processes to encourage Business Partners to load their leads on the Business Partner lead link.
Provide direct feedback to partners with regards to first / second / third to log to manage conflict.
Attend Partner events if required.
Prospect potential new business partners by identifying new business opportunities and turn this into increased business in South Africa, Africa and Europe.
Regularly attend and participate in Business Partner meetings to deepen relationships as a trusted and valued partner.
Account Management
Develop and deliver formal proposals, presentations and marketing campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team to grow market share.
Assist Business Partners with tender / RFI opportunities in an effort to secure new business.
Responsible for assisting new and existing Business Partners sales driving increased revenue.
Deliver best-in-class service to PaySpace Business Partners using a client-centric approach to ensure sales through taking proactive steps
Partner with customers and internal teams to manage and convert leads to sales ensuring cohesive best-in-class customer service to Business Partners in order to ensure conversion rates are achieved
Support Business Partner sales by thinking creatively, selling consultatively, proactively problem solve, and efficiently communicate internally and externally.
Collaborate with Business Partners to understand their goals/objectives, recommend best practices, craft solutions and develop innovative ways of creating effective sales campaigns.
Resolve issues in a timely and productive manner, identifying and implementing process improvement
Reporting:
Track and record activity on Business Partner accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
Submit accurate weekly progress reports internally on new leads, lead conversions in progress and sales closed in order to track progress.
Create comprehensive analysis with learnings and recommendations, effectively communicating best practices for future deals to drive revenue growth
Accurate use of Systems and processes
Load accurate forecasts on CRM ensuring monthly forecasting reports up to date to send to business.
Adhere to sales policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
2 to 6 years’ experience in sales or marketing
