South Africa’s COVID-19 death toll has increased to 20,076. The Health Department reported 65 more deaths, 17 of those occurred in the last 48 hours.
There have been 2,338 new coronavirus cases in the country, bringing the total number of cases to 744,732.
South Africa’s recoveries now stand at 690,903, which translates to a 92.7 percent recovery rate.
