The EFF is returning to Brackenfell High School on Friday morning to protest alleged racism at the school, but it won’t be alone.
The Cape Party will also be protesting in support of pupils, parents, and teachers.
A violent confrontation ensued earlier this month when a group of EFF members clashed with parents.
It prompted party leader Julius Malema to issue a statement vowing that party members would come to the school in their numbers.
The protests were sparked by a Matric celebration that was reported to be a whites-only function.
The parents who organized the party said a small group of friends organized a private event and no racism was involved.
Further allegations of a culture of racism at the school have also emerged.
Pupils submitted a memorandum of complaints to the school administration in July.
