Nigerian televangelist Timothy Omotoso is back in the Port Elizabeth High Court to apply for leave to appeal against his bail denial.
The charismatic pastor was arrested in 2017. He faces almost 100 charges, including human trafficking and rape.
The state believes he’s a flight risk and may evade trial.
His third bid was denied on Wednesday.
