One of the three police officers accused in the Nathaniel Julies murder case is expected to find out on Friday if he will be released on bail.
The judgment was postponed last week. Voster Netshiongolo is charged with hiding evidence and thereby defeating the ends of justice.
Two other officers are charged with murder and discharging a firearm in a public space.
Julies, a teenager with Down Syndrome, was shot dead in Eldorado Park, Johannesburg in August.
After his death, angry residents marched on the local police station, demanding answers.
