The Constitutional Court has ruled that former president Jacob Zuma has to appear and testify before the Zondo Commission.
The former president will be required to obey all summonses issued by the commission.
The court ruled Zuma’s conduct is in breach of the constitution.
The Zondo Commission lodged an urgent application to force Zuma to appear and answer questions after the former president and his legal team walked out of the inquiry when Zondo refused to recuse himself as chairperson.
More than thirty witnesses have implicated Zuma at the commission.
