It seems as if calm has been restored to the AmaZulu royal household after a long day of talks with the elders culminated in celebrations of the king’s ascension to the throne.
Members of the royal family met at KwaKhangelamankengane on Friday, discussing the tension within the royal home that played out at the reading of late Queen Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu’s will a week ago.
The meeting was also used as an opportunity to formally introduce King MisuZulu KaZwelithini to all royal family members.
