Meshack Mavuso (born on 8 April 1977 in Johannesburg) is a South African director and actor. He rose to prominence for appearing in popular television serials.
He was cast in Heist as Chairperson, Isidingo as Vusi Moletsane, and Isithembiso as Kero. Other acting credits that he is known for are Lungile in Rhythm City, Doctor Dube in Soul City, and Nsizwa in The River.

He is known for appearing in popular South African TV serials where he played a starring role. In Yizo Yizo, he was cast as Javas and Vusi Moletsane in Isidingo.
Mavuso appeared in seasons 2 and 3 of Zero Tolerance, an SABC2 police procedural series as Simiso Mtshali. Though, he appeared in season 1 playing a different character.
He entered the dancing competition Strictly Come Dancing New Year Special as a celebrity dancer. The show was broadcast on 31 December 2008 on SABC2.
