Cash-strapped Mango Airlines is meeting with creditors and employee representatives on Wednesday.
The meeting hopes to chart the way forward for the carrier’s business rescue efforts. A major issue has been the non-payment of staff since May.
The airline is urging customers to contact them about unflown tickets, vouchers, and other matters.

The case against revered Bishop Israel Makamu has reportedly been dropped by The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA). According to a local publication, Makamu’s 21-year-old victim has written a withdrawal statement during a consultation with her.
After careful consideration of all evidence and the mediation process between the complainant and Makamu, the NPA is convinced that the interest of justice dictates that prosecution no longer be pursued,” said NPA spokesperson Phindi Mjonondwane to the publication. Learn more
