SARS commissioner Edward Kieswetter says the ruling by the High Court on former president Jacob Zuma’s tax records will have a negative impact on tax administration in the future.
The ruling ordered SARS to share Zuma’s tax records with two media houses.
Kieswetter says ‘this is not about defending the rights of a single taxpayer.’
