The University of Free State has announced its decision to make COVID-19 vaccination mandatory next year.
Starting in February 2022, all staff and students accessing campus will be required to be vaccinated.
Students who have not been vaccinated by 14 February will still be able to register.
The university says access to campus will only be granted to those with proof of vaccination or those exempted for whatever reason.
Free State University joins a list of other institutions, including Wits and University of Cape Town in making jabs compulsory.
