ZAMBIAN swimmer Tilka Paljk has challenged president Hakainde Hichilema’s social media and photography team to be on top on things by giving the public quality content.
In a post seen by ZED GOSSIP the swimmer said the president’s images on Facebook seem to have alot of filters hence comprising quality.
