Congratulations are in order to The Queen of Limpopo dance music, Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona, better known as Makhadzi who has announced that her album African Queen has reached incredible milestones.
The 19 songs album sent shockwaves throughout the world when it was released in 2021.
The album features some of the biggest powerhouses in local popular genres of amapiano and dance namely – Jon Delinger, Kabza De Small, Lady Du, Cassper Nyovest, Mkomasan, Prince Benza, Mr Brown, DJ Dance Okashi, Vee Mampeezy, Mr Bow, and Mlindo The Vocalist.
Makhadzi confirmed that she had received a total of 13 plaques on her Facebook page.

Since causing a stir in the music industry with Matorkisi in 2019, Makhadzi has been on a roll.
Makhadzi’s goal came true in November of last year when she won her first award, the Afrima award in Lagos, Nigeria. She was overjoyed to receive three nominations for major accolades.
For Murahu featuring Mr Brown, Makhadzi was nominated for artiste of the year and best female artiste in Southern Africa, as well as best artiste, duet or group in African electro for the same song.
