Black girl power is becoming a thing these days! South African actress Bonnie Mbuli has launched a brand new jewellery range now known as BON AMI.
The well-known businesswoman and television personality shared this beautiful news on social media and it seems her idea is not only focused on business.
Born in Soweto 43 years ago, Mbuli says the jewellery invention is also dedicated to mental awareness and health while she says it’s also about celebrating oneself.
The stunning former Gaz’lam actress announced the development on Instagram on Thursday and added that the collection is a celebration of beauty and resilience.
Looking at the viral post, Mbuli also revealed that she collaborated with Zackia Jewellery and all the pieces are now available for purchase.
“BON AMI is a celebration of beauty and resilience, adorn yourself while remembering to love, accept and celebrate yourself,” she said on Instagram.
“Our pieces are engraved with affirmations because words carry energy and with words, we can create worlds.”
Apart from bracelets and necklaces, Mbuli, said her latest offering includes anklet bracelets, chains, as well as earrings.
The former Afternoon Express presenter’s invention comes after rapper Boity Thulo dropped a hint that she will be launching a new brand soon – she also shared the information with her social media fans.
Entertainment SA reported that the popular rapper has a great passion for business and she’s set to delve into another brand while managing her drink and perfume businesses.
Thulo didn’t reveal a lot of information regarding her business idea but she said details will be out on the 22nd of July
“As a black female entrepreneur, I feel privileged and honoured to be able to inspire other young black women to work hard and to move unapologetically towards their dreams and goals,” she wrote.
