The highly anticipated Netflix docuseries starring the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will premiere on December 8thAccording to reports, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s Netflix docuseries will premiere on December 8.
According to ‘Page Six,’ the show, which was thought to be delayed due to backlash over the new series of “The Crown,” will air before the end of the year.
It was also reported on Monday that the couple’s show, which was previously titled “Chapters,” has now changed its name, which has yet to be announced.
Netflix executives have yet to comment on the documentary, but Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, 41, said about it in an August interview with the “Cut”: “The piece of my life I haven’t been able to share, that people haven’t been able to see, is our love story.”
Last week, it was revealed that Prince Harry, 38, and his wife – who have three-year-old son Archie and a 17-month-old daughter Lilibet – had parted ways with the project’s original director, Garrett Bradley, due to disagreements and instead brought on Liz Garbus.
“Page Six” said the Sussexes were “having second thoughts” on the project following the Queen’s death, with an insider saying, “Harry and Meghan are panicked about trying to tone down even the most basic language.”
Another source later told the outlet that much of the show “contradicted” what the duke wrote in his upcoming memoir, “Spare,” which is set to be released on January 10 of next year.
