Gone are those days were teachers are solemn and intimidating; the new generation of educators is so vibrant, welcoming, and full of youthful energy. From Pretoria High School for Girls teacher Miss Bullock to Thembeka Mnguni from Velabahleke High School in Umlazi.

Mnguni, a vibrant teacher at Velabahleke High School in Umlazi, recently shared a heartwarming video of herself and her students dancing away the matric exam blues.

In a viral video, Mnguni and a group of matric students are seen performing the “Rathatha challenge” from Master KG’s hit song “Wayawaya,” which features Team Mosha.

Mnguni’s TikTok video has received over 500,000 likes as her fans continue to share the video on multiple social media platforms, including Velabahleke High School’s Facebook page.

This comes just days after Miss Bullock, a teacher at Pretoria High School for Girls, made headlines with her TikTok video of herself jamming to Robot Boii and Mellow’s banger “Salary Salary.”

Meanwhile, Mnguni, who is regarded as one of Mzansi’s coolest teachers, has shared another video of her students participating in the popular dance challenge popularised by Beyonce’s hit single “Cuff It.”
