Famed DJ and businessman Sbu are now preparing to enter the American market as he will export his Mofaya energy drink.
Sbu Leope revealed the news that his product is approved to trade in the American market and this will definitely open doors for him.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) reviews safety, quality, and effectiveness before a product can be sold to consumers.
Entertainment SA believes the opportunity will offer Sbu’s business massive exposure to become a global brand as the veteran radio deejay launched his MoFaya brand in 2013.
As things stand, he has expanded it to become available in major food and beverage outlets across South Africa.
“Eventually, we got our FDA approval for Mofaya. Now there is a gate that is just opened to be able to export to America and have a business there in America in the form of Mofaya selling. For me it is a win,” he said.
“For me, it’s not a win for us, for me it’s another step closer to South African young people believing in what we can create things here that can go global. When we started the project we called it a protest project.”
Entertainment SA published that the award-winning Dj had called on South Africans to help find a local barber who honoured the musician through his craft.
Sbu wanted to wine and dine with the barber who drew his face using a hair clipper and the pictures are now circulating on social media.
The veteran DJ and businessman, Sbu pleaded with South Africans who can help locate the gifted barber or hairstylist.
