Rapper Emtee hits back at tweeps: “I won’t stop smoking weed’

Rapper Emtee is grilled by his social media followers as some question him regarding drug abuse, but he says he will never stop smoking dagga.

Emtee headed to Twitter to say the drug abuse allegations are irritating him and that he has been sober from a drug known as lean.

The rapper, born Mthembeni Ndevu, sparked conversation when he stated that he has been clean from lean for a minute now.

All this drugs talk is pissin me off. I even quit lean. I been sober for a minute so don’t come to me with that drug talk shit. I’m done with that life! Stop tryna push agendas here misunu

He wanted to set the record straight because he has been facing rumours and accusations of being a drug user.

Even the infamous NOTA always uses that aspect of Emtee’s life but it seems the artist is gatvol.

“All this drugs talk is pissi* me off. I even quit lean. I have been sober for a minute so don’t come to me with that drug talk sh*t. I’m done with that life! Stop tryna push agendas here mi*unu,” Emtee wrote on Twitter.

Big Hustle stopped drinking lean, but I think he still smokes weed occasionally. I don't see anything wrong with that. He is right – people need to stop pestering him with the "drug talk"

Although lean is considered as a type of drug, Emtee clarified that he never smoked or sniffed any other drugs but only lean.

In addition, he said alcohol tastes bad and that he never drinks. This comes as one admirer quizzed him why he always has to be vulgar and swear at people, but he said he is tired of being cyberbullied.
