When you see your favourite musician in the studio, you know they’re working on new music, and Nasty C has suggested that a collaboration with British rapper and singer Stefflon Don is on the way.
While in the United Kingdom, the rapper uploaded footage from his studio session with the award-winning artist.
Nasty C is certainly well acquainted with worldwide celebrities, and the circle is always growing.
Since obtaining an exclusive agreement with Def Jam Records through a joint venture with Universal Music Africa, the 25-year-old has made a name for himself outside of Mzansi, collaborating with US rappers Domani and his father T.I, among others.
Nasty C has been spotted with American rapper Wale and, most recently, singer Chris Brown in Hollywood, Los Angeles.
Nasty C stated his aspirations to create a fanbase in America during an interview with Shade 45, noting that while he wanted to record songs with his childhood role models, he also wanted to collaborate with new musicians.
“The best way and the most organic way to do it is to do collaborations with up and coming out here with a younger audience works a bit better and in a more natural way.” he said.
“I’m trying to get the music to live out here and do a bunch of free verses … it doesn’t even matter if you started doing music four months ago, it will spread.”
