Paris Runway is back and yesterday they kickstarted with Men’s Week, which runs from June 20th to 25th. The French house brand, Louis Vuitton kickstarted the show with the first runway by Pharrell Williams, head of menswear at Louis Vuitton.
The men’s week will end on Sunday with Ludovic de Saint Sernin’s show, before Jacquemus presents his show the following day on June 26, in Versailles.
Louis Vuitton showcased their men’s collection for spring-summer 2024. Looking at the emblematic Speedy bag in red, green and yellow, which was the first campaign image posted by the French brand, with singer Rihanna posing as the face of Menswear it seems the direction Williams will be taking is more flamboyant.
William took over from Virgil Abloh in February this year and the buzz around him is growing by the day and is multiplying his projects with other brands during this Fashion Week.
Alongside Louis Vuitton, and Jacquemus other designs that will be showcasing at Paris Fashion Week are Dior, Hermes, Loewe, Kenzo, Givenchy and upcoming labels Botter, Hed Mayner, Grace Wales Bonner and more high-profile brands such as AMI, Marine Serre and Lemaire and more.
