Russell Simmons’ eyes seem to be opening and trying to right his wrongs after shouting at his daughters amid family feud.
On Father’s Day, Def Jam Recordings executive Simmons was center of a family feud as his ex-wife, Kimora Lee Simmons came for him and put him on blast after Simmons went on his Instagram to share an Instagram story that seemed to target his ex-wife. Not only was his wife who was putting him on blast but his daughter too Aoki Lee also went on live to share that his father have been abusing them.
Kimora Lee went on her Instagram stories to alleged that Sommons have been threatening her kids, she wrote, “I’m so sorry to have to do this,” But this man has been threatening my kids’ lives. I’m hearing so much more now. We won’t be bullied threatened or afraid.”
Simmons seemed to notice his errors and took to his Instagram to apologise.
God is testing you a little bit, it’s ok, be strong. . . they are called growing pains . . . as you know, we grow through adversity and struggle . . .”, he began his post.
“you read my books and heard me preach your whole childhood . . . reach back to old lessons and remember to remember “smile and breathe” 
“smile and breathe” . . . you are the watchers of this world . . . so let go . . . be at ease . . . God is driving and he is working on you
He went to say how deeply sorry he is “for being frustrated and yelling . . .” he concluded his apology, “but know this . . . there are no conditions . . . for sure i love you guys more than i love myself.”
