Somizi Mhlongo’s fiancé allegedly leaves him for his baby mama

Pholoso Mohlala has reportedly called it quits with his fiancé Somizi Mhlongo to get back together with mother of his child.

The first time that the couple drew eyes towards themselves was back in 2022 when Somizi hinted at their engagement, and they seemed destined for the altar.

What further fuelled the speculation about their impending nuptials being set for September, was the lavish birthday celebration was hosted by Somizi Mhlongo in honour of Pholoso’s birthday at the Just Cuban Lounge in Hatfield, Pretoria in May

Recent reports however have suggested that all of that excitement and all the plans came crashing down when Pholoso and the mother of his child decided to give their relationship another chance. An anonymous close friend revealed that the reason for Pholoso leaving Somizi is that his child was just born and he wanted to offer support to the mother during a difficult time following the loss of her own mother.

The evidence for the couple’s split is social media so far, as they have both deleted each other’s pictures from their Instagram accounts. It also seems like Pholoso and his baby mama are now working towards strengthening their bond according to SundayWorld. This suggested they are in the process of acquiring a new house together at an exclusive estate in Kyalami, Johannesburg.

Both Mohlala and Mhlongo have not yet spoken up about these allegations to either confirm or deny anything.

As the situation continues to unfold, fans and followers of the media personalities await official statements from either party to shed light on the state of their relationship.
