Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a storm of legal battles as another woman, referred to as Ms. Doe, steps forward with shocking allegations in the fourth and latest lawsuit. According to court documents, Combs and two associates are accused of taking turns raping Ms. Doe in 2003 when she was a 17-year-old high school student.
The lawsuit claims that Ms. Doe met the two associates, Harve Pierre (former president of Combs’s Bad Boy Entertainment), and an unnamed third man at a Detroit-area lounge. Pierre, who presented himself as Combs’s “best friend,” allegedly convinced Ms. Doe to join them on a private jet to Combs’s studio in New York City. Once there, the suit alleges that the three men drugged and assaulted her. The graphic details describe her falling into the fetal position on a bathroom floor, and she awoke back in Michigan after the traumatic incident.
The new lawsuit, filed by attorney Douglas Wigdor, follows recent accusations from Cassie and two other women against Combs. Cassie, who settled with Combs, had claimed abuse, violence, and sex trafficking in their relationship, including rape in 2018. The suit by Ms. Doe, filed under New York City’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act, seeks justice despite the statute of limitations.
In response, Combs has denied all allegations, stating, “Enough is enough,” and asserted his commitment to fighting for his name, family, and the truth. The legal battles intensify as the allegations against the hip-hop mogul continue to escalate.
