Just when you think you have a pause the streets of social media shock us again as Remy Ma’s son Jayson Scott has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder. The 23-year-old is allegedly in connection to a shooting that happened in New York.
However, Remy has supported her son publicly, assuring her fans and the world that her son is innocent and requesting a thorough investigation by the NYPD.
However, the story thickens as law enforcement has confirmed that Jayson Scott and 22-year-old Richard Swygert have both been arrested and charged with murder, weapons possession reckless endangerment in the 2021 murder of 47-year-old Daruis Guillebeaux.
It is reported that Datuis was found dead right before 1 pm with multiple bullet wounds to the head and chest. It has been reported that the deceased was part of the New New York attorney general just eight months before he was killed. They had been working on an intense case of uncovering a drug operation. Operation Heat Wave had accounts of arresting 54 people accused of trafficking heroin, fentanyl, and oxycodone which was allegedly sold in Jefferson County.
However, this hasn’t shocked many as Remy herself has had back and forth with the police, following assault and illegal weapons possession in 2008. Where she spent 6 years in prison.
