Boity Thulo is no stranger to unforgettable moments, but her recent experience at the Lebo M and Hans Zimmer concert in Cape Town was a night for the books.
Boity couldn’t contain her excitement as she took to Instagram to reflect on the historic performance.
“One of the most spectacular nights I’ve experienced in a long time! Whoa!! This remarkable feat by @thereallebo_m and the team was one for the books! And I had the privilege of meeting and watching one of my idols, the legend Hans Zimmer, in action,” she shared, clearly still in awe of the night.
The concert was a homecoming event, marking the first time that Lebo M and Hans Zimmer performed together on African soil. It was also a special celebration of 30 years of The Lion King, the iconic film both composers contributed to.
Boity, who has long admired Zimmer’s work, was thrilled to witness the magic of both legends live on stage, sharing her excitement about meeting Zimmer in person.
