The South African Fashion Week SS25 runway show was more than just a showcase of clothing—it was a visual symphony of light, motion, and energy.
Rubicon’s Ethereal Continuum collection made its debut at The Forum in Hyde Park, where the audience was drawn into a seamless fusion of delicate power, nostalgic heritage, and futuristic innovation.
“Working on Ethereal Continuum felt like stitching together memories of the past with dreams of the future—my future, our future! Every fabric, every movement, tells the story of African elegance that is not just timeless, but transcendent. Being part of the design team was such an honor, and I hope everyone embodies the collection with grace and youthfulness,” said assistant designer Leah Ranoto.
The showcase was attended by some of South Africa’s most influential figures, including Kim Jayde, Minnie Dlamini, Maps Maponyane, Sherinne Winderley, Margo Fargo, and Nambita Mpumlwana. These guests experienced firsthand how Rubicon’s vision is reshaping the future of African luxury fashion.
As the collection continues to captivate audiences, Rubicon invites everyone to join the journey on social media with #RubiconSS25, #EtherealContinuum, and #SAFW. Witness the evolution of African luxury, where heritage and innovation blend to create something truly transcendent.
