Dixon says he eventually filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in June 2024, and soon after, quit The Oval, saying he could no longer endure the alleged harassment.
Now, Dixon is suing Perry for $260 million in damages, citing quid pro quo sexual harassment, sexual assault, and battery. Tyler Perry’s attorney, Matthew Boyd, has dismissed the allegations, calling them fabricated and claiming that Dixon was merely trying to set up a scam.
