Admin assistant:
Company and trust registrations;
Attend to statutory requirements and maintenance of companies, close corporations and trusts;
Monitor regulatory and legislative changes that impact companies, close corporations and trusts;
CIPC annual returns, regulatory submissions and ad-hoc statutory requests diarised and dealt with proactively;
Ensure changes to companies, close corporations and trusts are appropriately approved and lodged;
Maintaining statutory records and registers, ensure files are organised, complete and up to date;
Prepare resolutions of minute extracts as required;
Share transfer/s Security Transfer Tax and update of Share Registers;
Collecting of FICA documentation and compiling complete sets of documents.
Candidate Requirements:
Grade 12;
Experience in insurance and company secretarial work will have preference;
Excellent communication skills;
Strong administrative skills;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Have strict planning, organization, and execution skills;
Deadline driven;
Professional attitude;
Demonstrate sound work ethics;
