Desktop Support Staff needed!

Positions available to join a World Class Team providing first level support to software users around the world.

Offices located in Umhlanga Rocks, Durban.

No product specific knowledge is required – full training will be provided!

Skills Required:

· Matric pass for Maths

· Excellent spoken English

· Ability to work shift work including working at night and on weekends

Additional Skills an advantage:

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages an advantage

· Knowledge and experience of Excel formulas an advantage

· Knowledge of any programming language an advantage
