Duties & Responsibilities:
Performing general office administrative functions such as setting up and maintaining files.
Reviewing draft and finished documents for an appropriate completion.
Gathering, collecting, recording, tracking, and verifying data and information from multiple sources.
Using software applicable to the site, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
Supporting projects and processes in terms of financial tracking, financial administration, and document control.
Providing support during meetings and projects by coordinating meeting bookings, taking minutes, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
Assisting with procurement for general engineering and other projects.
Processing invoices and reviewing invoices paid per cost centre.
Performing the reconciliation of accounts.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must have a relevant tertiary qualification
Good administration and organizational skills are essential
Must have excellent communication and people skills
Ability to manage time and workload efficiently is crucial
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and an advanced capability in MS Excel are essential
Experience in SAP would be preferred
Previous experience with ISO documentation in a manufacturing environment would be ideal
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: R10,000.00 to R13,000.00 /month
