To ensure that Ingredients and Packaging are available to meet the Production Plan
Stock Management.
Maintaining Optimum Stock Level
Accurate stock keeping. This requires having a system in place to ensure that stores are well organised and that stock is accurately known at all times.
Investigating any variances in stock and putting measures in place to prevent this happening again.
4. Managing both the receipt of Ingredients and Packaging and the Dispatch of Finished Goods according to Customer Requirements.
5. Management of department, including:
Recruiting of suitable staff
Training of staff
Development and management of staff
Setting and maintaining safety standards in department
Setting and maintaining housekeeping standards.
