Mashirima was allegedly embarrassed and humiliated after a male employee mishandled her at the Panari Anga Sky Cinema.
According to reports, she visited the place to see a movie and did not like how she was treated.
The reporter took it to Twitter to make her experience at the hands of the employee at the cinema known to followers.
She reported the matter and revealed that she walked away and the management reached her to apologize. They offered her a free complimentary movie.
