BET award-winning singer Sjava joins Uzalo

Watch out people of KwaMashu! There’s a new sheriff in town. BET award-winning singer Sjava ATM is set to join the stellar cast of Uzalo.

The soapie, set in KwaMashu, said in a recent statement that they will be bringing in familiar faces to their storyline to shake things up. We guess this is what they meant and boy are we super excited to see what Sjava will be bringing to the show.

News of the star’s new role in Uzalo was brought to our attention by Entertainment commentator Phil Mphela. Phil took to twitter to announce that Sjava will be joining the cast of Uzalo, but details of his character are yet to be unearthed.

Sjava is no stranger to the big screen as he began his acting career in 2005, starring in several drama series and films including uGugu no Andile (2009).[2] He then rose to prominence on the drama series Zone 14, where he starred for three consecutive seasons.
