On Sunday, the party took to Twitter to mobilise its members to forcefully shut down the health and beauty retail’s outlets.

Click triggered a massive backlash after posting images which most viewed as showing prejudice against natural black hair.

The advert labelled African hair as dry and damaged, while an example of white hair was described as fine and flat. Many were outraged calling the ad offensive and racist. The retailer has since apologised.
