At least 63 people have succumbed to COVID-19 in the last 24 hours in South Africa. The country’s death toll now stands at 18, 471.
Since the last report, 1,662 new COVID-19 cases have been reported in South Africa.
The total number of confirmed cases is 703,793.

South Africa’s recoveries now stand at 643, 543 people which is a 90-per cent recovery rate.
