South African Airways Technical CEO, Adam Voss has resigned. He was appointed last year but has not been in the country since the start of lockdown.
Workers affiliated to Numsa and the South African Cabin Crew Association recently picketed to protest Voss’s physical absence from office since March. It’s believed he was running SAA Technical from his home country, Australia.
Voss’s resignation follows the recent resignations of SAA chairperson Thandeka Mgoduso and Mango CEO Nico Bezuidenhout.
All three entities now need to fill the position of permanent CEO’s.
