The Bapedi King, Victor Kgoshikgolo Thulare Thulare III, will be laid to rest on Sunday.
The 40-year-old died last week from COVID-19 complications.
It’s less than a year since he took the throne.
The monarch will be laid to rest in Sekhukhune land in Limpopo.
President Cyril Ramaphosa is to deliver the eulogy.
Thulare is being given a Special Official Funeral.

DJ Fresh and DJ Euphonik on Saturday were taken off air on music station 947. The pair reached an agreement with Primedia Broadcasting that they would step down from their roles with immediate effect after rape cases were opened against the two.
