KwaZulu-Natal families whose loved ones have died of COVID-19 say they’re having to abandon some cultural practices.
This is adding to the pain of their loss. The province is currently experiencing a spike in coronavirus infections and deaths.
Funeral homes are also struggling with the huge number of funerals they have to conduct at the moment.
Undertakers say they are asking for a little more understanding from bereaved families.
