The number of coronavirus deaths in South Africa has increased by 384.
KwaZulu Natal reported the most deaths (125), followed by the Western Cape (95), Gauteng (68), and the Eastern Cape (39).
This brings the total number of COVID-19-related deaths in the country to 36,851.
The Health Department has reported 13,973 new COVID-19 infections in the last 24 hours.
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in South Africa now stands at 1,325,659.

In other news – DJ Fresh and DJ Euphonik quit their jobs after serious rape allegations
DJ Fresh and DJ Euphonik on Saturday were taken off air on music station 947. The pair reached an agreement with Primedia Broadcasting that they would step down from their roles with immediate effect after rape cases were opened against the two.
