Over 1,400 more COVID-19 infections have been reported. There are currently just over 27,000 active COVID-19 cases, a slight decline from yesterday’s figures. Nearly half of these cases are in the Western Cape and Gauteng.
At least 95 more people have died of COVID-19 related complications in the last 24 hours. More than 51,000 people have died from the virus in the country.
