It’s been a year since the first COVID-19 case was recorded in the country.
The number of new infections has increased by 1,404. This brings the total number of recorded cases to 1,517,666. The death toll has increased by 96 to 50,462.
Recoveries now stand at just over 1.4 million with more than nine million tests conducted so far.
