The state capture inquiry will now issue a summons to compel Norma Mngoma to testify. Mngoma, the wife of former finance minister Malusi Gigaba has withdrawn her participation at the inquiry. She was due to give evidence on Tuesday afternoon.
Her attorney, Gcwalisile Makhathini read a letter to the commission, explaining why Mngoma decided not to testify before the inquiry.
