Vaccine registration for people over the age of 60 opens on Friday as part of preparations for the second phase of the vaccine rollout.
The country is expecting 30 million Pfizer doses, with the first batch expected to arrive in May.

The health department said 73 more people died, pushing the death toll to 53,571. The recovery rate is at 95 percent with just over 21,000 active cases.
