Charl Kinnear murder accused back in court

The two men accused of the murder of Western Cape top cop, Charl Kinnear, is expected back in court.

Alleged crime boss Nafiz Modack and former rugby player Zane Kilian will appear in the Blue Downs Regional Court.

Modack is expected to apply for bail, while Kilian will find out if his bail application has been successful.

The state believes Modack ordered Kilian to track Kinnear’s phone.

The men face multiple charges including murder, conspiracy to commit murder, illegal cellphone tracking, and racketeering.

Kinnear was gunned down outside his home in Bishop Lavis, in September last year.
