Situated in the beautiful Churnet Valley, Staffordshire and well advanced in the build programme the prestigious 70 acre Tawny Hotel project is now seeking a charismatic and highly experienced person to set Front Office operational standards to match the surroundings.

This stunning complex opens in July 2021 but we need you on board in April to provide the drive and energy to turn our vision into reality by July.

Once completed the deconstructed hotel will comprise of a main building with the Plumicorn Restaurant, Feathers Bar, 21 Wedding pods, 10 Shepherd Huts, 24 Rickety/Lodges and Retreats.

A separate Exclusive Wedding Venue is also present on site. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in Housekeeping, however, a can-do attitude without experience is most welcome!

There is a variety of option available including part-time contracts with full-time hours, or 0 hour contracts. You will be working from 8-40 hours over 5 days per week across a 7-day operation. Applicants must be flexible with working hours. Hours can start from 6am/7am so applicants must be available at earlier times.

Main Responsibilities

Housekeepers will be responsible for….

Cleaning of Bedrooms and Lodges
Cleaning of Wedding Venue and Restaurant
Attend compulsory Training workshops
Working alongside the Head Housekeeper and Assistant Head Housekeeper to create a memorable stay
Follow high standards and ensure H&S is adhered to
Make memorable occasions for our guests
