Tshegofatso Pule murder case: Alleged mastermind back in court

The alleged mastermind in the Tshegofatso Pule murder case is expected back at the Roodepoort Magistrate’s court.

During his appearance last week, Ntuthuko Shoba told the magistrate his life was in danger.

He has applied to stay at the Krugersdorp Correctional facility instead of being transferred to Johannesburg.

Shoba’s trial begins on Friday.

He claims the hitman, Muzikayise Malephane, sent him threatening WhatsApp messages.

Malephane confessed to killing Pule and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Pule was eight months pregnant at the time she was stabbed and hung from a tree.
