Boma Akpore (born in 1986 in Lagos) is a Nigerian reality television star, actor, and masseuse. He is also a mixologist and does modeling. He is best known for appearing as a housemate in season 6 of Big Brother Naija (BBN) reality TV show titled “Shine Ya Eye”.
The tall and handsome housemate has also tried out other occupations to earn a living. He is among the BBN housemates competing for the 90 million ($21,900) grand prize.

Background
Boma Akpore was born in 1986 in Lagos, Nigeria and hails from a humble beginning. He grew up under the care of a single mother and grandmother in the streets of Yaba, in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Though he is originally from Delta State, South-South geo-political zone, Nigeria.
He could only qualify his childhood as being” extremely tough”. To be able to pursue his academics, Boma had to hustle his way through.
Sadly, he had to take one of the hardest decisions he has taken so far in life. He did not complete his academic pursuit after he had to quit since he couldn’t make ends meet. Akpore dropped out in his final year.
Later, he could save enough money and enrolled to study in a film school.

The housemate is dark-skinned and has a manly stature. His dreadlock is another part of his body that gained the attention of viewers.
He appears to love visiting the gym and has built his physic to gain a “macho” look.

The BBN housemate thinks that he possesses the qualities to survive the competition. In a statement he claimed to have “99 pages” and you never know which one you are going to get.
Aside from his unpredictable character, he thinks he is spontaneous and plans to embark on the BBN journey a day at a time. He has suffered depression following his marriage failure.
He also suffered an injury after he decided to try out playing football. Though what keeps him going is his determination to never, ever, give up and to hold onto his faith.
