Eastern Cape Transport is checking if a bus involved in a horror crash was roadworthy.
Twenty-eight people were killed as a result of the crash on the N2 between East London and Butterworth on Monday.
Update: Bus was transporting 52 passengers.#BusCrash resulted in 28 fatalities (20 females, 5 males and 3 children).
6 persons were seriously injured and transported to Frere Hospital. 18 persons sustained no injuries. The co-driver did not sustain any injuries.
